Greetings, I am writing to warn Taylor researchers who descend from this Robert to be careful in importing existing genealogy into your data. This Robert born ca 1719 has been linked as the son of Benjamin Taylor and Keziah Knight both born at Rhode Island, Benjamin the son of John and Naomi Taylor. This is false. Robert may have been the son of a Benjamin and Keziah, but NOT the ones from Rhode Island. They had several children including a Knight Taylor born 1719, but no record of a Robert. Records show that they were residents of R.I. and Mass. only. Thanks, Don Taylor
