Jackie, I know how you feel (about `just dropped here from space'). My Taylor family are proving so hard to trace. I can get back to my ggg-grandfather and the line stops there. I don't know where he was born died or anything. Bit of a mystery at this stage really. But good luck with your research. In the meantime I shall keep perservering. Patience is a virtue and it is most definitely a necessity when researching ones history.
