Does anyone have the above people in their family tree? They are the parents of Barbara, 1776-1798, who married Michael ZIMMERMAN; and Ruth Ann, 1777-1796, who married Andrew ZIMMERMAN. Barbara and Ruth were probably born in PA. Other siblings are Zachariah, b. 1845; Nehemiah; Rebecca; Mary and Elizabeth TAYLOR. Barbara and Ruth married brothers in Frederick County, Maryland and removed to Ohio. Barbara died 21 Sep 1852 and Ruth died 27 Dec 1796, both in Hardin County, Ohio. Henry John TAYLOR died 1803 in Ross County, Ohio. He married Margaret SCHUMACHERN 9 May 1774 in Frederick County, Maryland. Margaret died about 1803. I am descended from Ruth Ann TAYLOR and Andrew ZIMMERMAN, through their son George W. ZIMMERMAN, b. 1823 in Ross County, Ohio. Unfortunately, the only proof I have is the 1850 Census of Hardin County on which I find George with his wife Sarah and Ruth ZIMMERMAN, aged 70; and the will of Andrew ZIMMERMAN that only mentions George and no other brothers or sisters. On page 572 of the "History of Hardin County, Round Head Township" I find Andrew and Ruth listed with their children: Andrew, Jefferson, Obadiah, Elijah D., George, Elizabeth, Margaret, Delilah, Maria, Lavinia and Eliza Jane. Next paragraph has Michael, brother of the above Andrew, married Barbara TAYLOR. Their children were: John, George, William, Griffith, Jane, Nancy, Margaret, Mary and Amanda.
