Hi Sue I am researching Taylors in Yorkshire but already have come across a brick wall at around 1900 with my husbands grandparents who where a Harry or Harold Taylor married to a Gladys Taylor nee Taylor their eldest son who was my father-in-law was born 12 Jan 1921 in Drewsbury, he had brothers Eric and Kenneth and a sister Joan. Dear Listers, Microfish & Pam, My TAYLORs of Lovesome Hill were Methodists who attended the Lovesome Hill Methodist Chapel. I haven't been able to track down the Chapel records yet.
