    3. My ROBERT MARION TAYLOR is not the same as the one listed below. However, as always I'm fascinated by identical names, especially when they aren't all that common. My great-grandfather RWT was born in VA, probably South or Southwest, and died in Surry Co., NC. His parents were Turner Robert TAYLOR and Sarah Jane SPARGER. That is as far back as we have been able to get. No more than a hunch at present, but I'm betting there is a connection somewhere to these Washington Co. TAYLORs.
