I am looking for information on my great, great grandmother's family. She was Nancy Reed TAYLOR Tate. She was born 4 December 1807 in Virginia and died 31 January 1870 in Van Zandt County, Texas. Her father is believed to be Ezekiel Taylor of which we have little information. Her siblings were: Lucinda who married Elijah Overton; Susanna who married John Whaley; Robert; Susannah who married Tinsley Chewing; and George Washington who married Emaline D. Nancy Reed TAYLOR was married to John Tate, probably in Virginia and then moved immediately to Hardeman County, Tennessee until 1850 when they came to Van Zandt County, Texas.
