Hi I am descended from John Taylor and his wife Elizabeth (nee Beattie). They were married on 15 Nov 1883, by licence, in the Register Office of Wigton, Cumberland. Can anyone tell me if these licences are available for checking. John did not listed his parentage and died in 1890.
