    3. Thanks for the offer Beverly, By word of mouth, my Taylors came over from England and started in the Penn area, and after a time began to move down the East Coast. The furthest I can go back is Benjamin born 1805 Va and a census that says his father was born in Va also. I have been stuck with Benjamin in Va in 1805 or about four years now and can find nothing else.     3. Have you tried using inductive logic to solve the problem of your Benjamin Taylor's father? I proved one of my SAR lines using it as well as several others. Larry; I think my Taylor line goes back to William Taylor,b abt 1680, Antrim, Ulster, IRE came to PA abt 1730 with four sons;Mathew b 1707, Antrim, Isaac b 1710, Robert b 1712, and John b 1718. Isaac went back to Antrim and returned with his family to Borden Tract, Augusta Co. VA. William went to VA with Isaac, one son stayed in PA and one went back to IRE where he died.
