I have a Samuel H Taylor. But I don't know where he was in 1890. His last appearance was in Woodruff Co. Arkansas in the 1880 census. He was my Great Great Grandfather. His wife is widowed on the 1900 census and she remains in Woodruff Co. Ark. I do suspect Samuel followed the railroad. He was born in 1847 and his middle name was Huston. Hope this is your man! I have been stuck at his name for a while.
