Mike (& others): The Cicero Taylor of Ashe County is Cicero C. Taylor, born June 5, 1861. He was the grandson of William & Susan Taylor Fletcher Taylor. Cicero C. Taylor did not name any of his children Cicero. His offspring wound up in Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio. I have not found any other offspring of William & Susan with the name Cicero, so assume this Cicero Wilson to be of another line. Cicero C. & Alzina Lewis Taylor are my great grandparents.
