Cicero took off & left his mother Elva Ina NOONKESTER-TAYLOR many years ago when Howard was about 5 yrs old. He says he thinks they lived in BLAND CO. VA. at that time [but he's not sure]. Cicero & Elva had two children, Howard & his sister Katrina Taylor. Howard thinks his father was in service & was a Private in the Army, more than like before he married his mother. He dosen't know who Cicero's father or mother were. Or if Cicero Wilson TAYLOR had any brother's or sisters. He would like to know if his father might still be alive today! And if not, where he's buried. And perhaps if he remarried if he might have other sibblings out here! His mother Elva NOONKESTER-TAYLOR died back in 1966 here in Maryland. I've already searched the LDS SS files & haven't found the right person! Would be grateful for 'any' information.
