    3. I would like to know where to find a Civil War roster to look for family members that might have fought in this war. I am fairly new at researching my families history. thanks, Kelly --- DON TAYLOR <[email protected]> wrote: > Pat, > When I read some rosters of Civil War soldiers, > I was amazed at how many > were immigrants. 3. Kelly, The only rosters I have seen were posted on the RIGEN-WEB list which were specific to Rhode Island men. I just did a search at Google.com for Civil War Rosters and there are several sites available for different states. You could probably find the state you want there. Good luck, Don Taylor >From: Kelly Kramer <[email protected]> >Reply-To: [email protected] >To: [email protected] >Subject: Re: [TAYLOR] John Wesley Taylor >Date: Mon, 7 Mar 2005 09:17:32 -0800 (PST) > >I would like to know where to find a Civil War roster >to look for family members that might have fought in >this war.
