Does anyone out there connect even remotely to this family? Teackel Taylor b. unknown d. abt 1832 in OH, he married Hannah Brooks 03-24-1801 in Gloucester, NJ. They had one known son David Brooks Taylor b. 1803 in NJ. I have been unable to locate Teackel Taylor between the years 1803 and 1825. Teackel and son David Taylor were in Athens County Ohio during the 1830 census. David married Mrs. Susanna Daugherty October 28, 1825 in Athens County, Ohio David and Teackel's widow are still in Athens County Ohio in 1840. By 1843 David Taylor family was in IL Teackel's widow is not on the 1850 census in either OH or IL so she may have died shortly after the 1840 census then her son David's family moved to IL David Brooks Taylor had children named: John M. b. abt 1827 OH Rueben Winfield b. 1833 OH Mary J. b. abt. 1834 OH David Brooks Jr. b. 1837 OH Louisa P. b. abt. 1840 OH Thomas T. b. abt 1842 OH Martha A. b. 1843 IL Any help out there???
