On outside possibility is that Jasper was a grandson of Cornelius Taylor who came into that area from Luzerne Co., PA, before 1800. I would have to check since I have not looked at the family for Cornelius for some time: that one of his grandsons was of that name. See what you can find on Cornelius. In the meantime I will try to find what I have, But give me some time because other tasks are taking my time.
