Martha, sorry for the delay. I did a search at familysearch.org and found a Isaac Taylor born in Washington PA in 1775. If you go to the site which is the Church of LDS you can print the file # and order the film which should cost around $6.00. I think this is your guy. I looked on ancestry and found nothing.
