Isaac seems to have been a popular Taylor name a couple hundred years ago. I doubt this will help those looking for Taylors in Pa., however, in the 1820 census of Whitley Co KY (southeastern section of KY) Isaac B Taylor, age 26-45 appears and on the 1830 census he and another Isaac, age 30-40, appear.
