Robert; You and all the other Taylors you name hit a nerve. I don't connect to any of your names but Robert and Wesley are big in my family line. My father was James Wesley Taylor b 1894 Wharton Co, TX his uncle was Charles Wesley Taylor b 1865 Wharton Co. TX. There have been many more Wesleys down thru the years. Taylor (Wesley's son), born 1853, Helt Township, Vermillion Co, Indiana, married 5 Mar 1874, Edgar Co, IL, Jennie A.K. Paddock (born 1855 NY). He was a farmer in Paris, Edgar, Il, and disappears after 1880 census. Jennie is also illusive. Cyrus C. Taylor (Withford's son), born around 1877 Paris, Edgar, IL. He, too, disappears until I find him married to my grandmother, Polly Veatrice Crews, in Altus, OK, in 1920, having married her in Jan 1914, and being identified in the 1920 census as K M Jones.
