    3. Murray, our chances for DNA testing ran out with the death of William Glenn TAYLOR on February 15,1989-the only son of William David TAYLOR. William David was the son of Sidney TAYLOR b. April 10, 1827, d. September 28, 1904.Buried in Esatview Cemetery Newton, Catawba Co., NC. Sidney was the son of Jacob TAYLOR b. 1804 in Mecklenburg Co., NC, d. after the 1860, burial unknown. His wife was an unknown Elizabeth. Her burial site is also unknown. Nice of you to respond. Ray

    3. Hi Ray, Just to be sure... Has no one saved an old comb, hairbrush, toothbrush, or other personal momento of William Glenn Taylor? There are some DNA extraction techniques available to us that don't require either a cheek swab or a blood sample. That is to say, other sorts of personal remains might be testable.
