    3. First, I have found that my Taylors and my Davidsons went to Ky, from the same place in Tennessee, just before, and after 1900. Of course, none of this was discovered until I started tracking roots. My Davidsons, earlier came from the Valley of the Wolf, near Wolf river in Tennessee, which partly, now, id Dale Hollow Lake. Many of my Davidsons went west. Some remained in Illinois, some went to Kansas and some, Oklahoma. Some of my Taylors may have went also. I guess it's according if any of my Davidsons knew my Taylors. My Harts and Rouses went to Illinois. My Morgans to Oklahoma. All of these surnames married my Davisons, among others. LAW MAKING AND LEGISLATORS IN PENNSYLVANIA, Vol. 1 , 1682-1709 has Christopher born about 1620 inSkipton-in-Craven, Yorkshire, England, died June 26, 1682, father Christopher died 1651. Quaker Monthly Meetings have Mary married John Busby 1690, 2.1. Mary died 8-3-1699 and John died 8-6-1699. Seeking information on Joseph and Israel. Maybe Diane Adams has the information? 3. Carl, I am sorry to tell you that the book "Log Cabins To The White House" Brewer, is not a true and accurate reference for the Taylor line. The information was never researched, because she died, and she was had not finished the researched. Her family was contacted, and asked to finish it, but was not interested at that time. there is email sent out warning people of this misconception. I have a copy of the email, and soon as I can find it, I will post it to the Taylor site. I am not posting this for any other reason, than to warn people not to count on the accuracy of this book. You will find that the book "Genealogy -Taylor-Snow" is very well researched, and is considered the best source for Taylor lines. It is available at the LDS genenalogy library, on micro-film and can be ordered and copied there. Mary
