I'm not absolutely sure, but retinitis pigmentosa seems to ring a bell. As a Taulbee male my son and I suggest we talk about something more positive than Taulbee men being subject to a genetic matter leading to blindness!!!!! It is interesting though fortunately back through our line I know of no blindness but after sending my son these messages he said he had an appointment with his ophthalmologist for his eyes had gotten bad in recent months!!! The power of suggestion!!!
