Jackson Times Matt Kenneth Lockard, age 57 of Lexington, formerly of Jackson, d. Feb. 3, 2004 at VA Hospital, Lexington. Born July 3, 1946 he was the son of Della Taulbee Lockard Deaton and the late Robert Lockard. Mr. Lockard was a concrete construction worker. Survivors also include two daughters, Lisa and husband, James Gaddis, Jackson; Sonya and husband, Rick Palmer, Georgetown; one brother, Albert Ray Lockard, Nicholasville; five grandchildren.
