Joyce... This time I think I have your name right... Oddly enough we correspond with a Janet Jones on another line.... So I suppose I just decided to name you Janet... SORRY....!! I too have some family (McKnight & Wood) info that was written by my g-g-grandmother, great-grandmother as well as some info written by my great-grandfather. They had it all written down in a ledger. Kids names and dates, spouses, children etc. Some of it I have no other proof except for what they wrote. It is interesting to see the different handwritings. There were children listed that none of the others researching had. They had died before the 1850 census.. and the names would have been lost if not for those records. Thanks again!! Linda
