Jackson Times, Aug. 10, 1944 Special Court Term Called to Hear Murder Charges A special term of the Breathitt Circuit Court has been called by Circuit Judge Chester A. Bach for the purpose of trying two murder cases which have been docketed within the past thirty days. One of the cases is that against James Salyer and Hager Holbrook, charged with the murder of Herbert Taulbee on July 22.
