Donald McQuinn, 58 of Mount Sterling d. Friday Sept. 14, 2001 at his residence. Born March 3, 1943 in Wolfe County, KY, Donald was a son of the late Melborn McQuinn and Sally Dunn McQuinn. He was a retired Special Ed Teacher for the Menifee County Board of Education, and a veteran of the U.S. Navy '62-94, serving as sub tender from '63-67, Vietnam War, reserves from '80-94. Donald was a member of the Kiwanis Club, the American Legion, and member of Ezel United Presbyterian Church. In addition to his parents, one sister, Cathy Lynn McQuinn, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Leola Bowman McQuinn; two sons, Delmon Lyle and Monte Edwin McQuinn, both of Lexington; one daughter-in-law, Donimique McQuinn of Lexington; two sisters, Mary Ann McQuinn of Arizona, and Paticia settles of Richmond; four brothers, Marlin McQuinn of Pennsylvania, Finley McQuinn of Richmond, Graylon McQuinn of North Carolina, and twin brother, Donnie McQuinn, of Pine Ridge; several nieces and nephews.
