    3. I'm surprised that someone didn't pick up on this. If Belle was a daughter of George Carson and Bertha was a daughter of George Carson per her marriage, then she married her What - nephew. I still haven't found a cemetery listing for Belle Taulbee, maybe she is in the same cemetery as Newton?? More research is needed and guess Belle wasn't a Carson after all. Anyone Know? I did find this today and I can't find him listed in my list of the Carson Cemetery, could be he didn't have a stone or I just missed him, it was pouring the rain the Sunday morning I copied this cemetery, some parts of this cemetery looked as if someone had been riding 4 wheelers in it. Wolfe County News - Feb. 29, 1956 Charlie H. Carson, 64, died in the Veterans Hospital, Louisville on Tuesday, Feb. 21. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Stewart Carson, of Carlisle, and three daughters, Miss Mildred Joyce Carson, Mrs. Carrie Jollie all of Carlisle and four sons, Robert Carson, Morefield, Charles Carson, Jr. and Rex and Omer Carson, all of Carlisle. Four sisters also survive, Mrs. Maude Dunn, Mrs. BERTHA TAULBEE, Mrs. Alice Nickell, all of Lexie and Mrs. BELL TAULBEE of Campton. One brother, G.W. Carson of Cincinnati. I wasn't able to access George Carson online in the 1910 Census, but here is what was in a printed census, 1910 Wolfe by Kay Spencer 1910 Mrs. Belle Taulbee 38 widow 8 children 5 lving Lloyd Bertain 21 John 07 (should be 17, he is age 26 in 1920) Wilburn 14 son Etta May 12 daughter Newton 05 son G.W. (George) Carson 88 single Irvine 30 Queen 26 dau Bertha 24 dau Morton 20 son Augustus 18 son Per Kaye (on the 1900 census the children listed above were living in the household of Rebecca Banks, (below) and listed as her children.) Rebecca Banks 48 single number of children was blank Charley H. 16 son James 14 son Maude Ellen 12 dau Nettie 05 niece I think that George either married Rebecca Banks or had children by her. She is also buried in the Carson Cemetery. -----Original Message----- From: Louise Gaskill [mailto:pgaskill@juno.com] Sent: Friday, December 05, 2003 9:29 AM To: TAULBEE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [TAULBEE-L] Newton A.
