    3. ********************************** This from the Bath County Website Joseph Fulton Taulbee Bath County News-Outlook Thursday, May 5, 1938 Col. Taulbee Dies At San Antonio An item in the Mt. Sterling Advocate this week contains a notice of the death of Col. Joseph Fulton Taulbee Friday, April 29, at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. Col. Taulbee was a son of the late Congressman William Preston Taulbee and a brother of the late Dr. J. H. Taulbee, who lived in Owingsville for many years, and whom Col. Taulbee often visited. Col. Taulbee was a graduate of Kentucky Military Institute and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant upon his graduation form West Point Military Academy. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Imogene Hoyle Taulbee; a fourteen year old daughter, Josephine; three brothers, Col. Milton Taulbee, Birmingham, Ala., Col. Edgar Taulbee, U. S. Army, Manila, P. I. and John Taulbee, Cloverport, Ky. Funeral services were held Tuesday in Arlington cemetery, Washington, D. C. Carole
