I need some help please. I recently found an ancestors name listed in Passenger and Immigratin Lists Index a Guide to Published Arrival Records of Passengers who came to the U.S. It gives his name and year of arrival 1854 in Philadelphia. I understand that his records were once at the Court of Common Appeals. Now the question: How do I get his records from Philadelphia? would they still be in the Court of Common Appeals and if so where do I write and if not where do I write.
