I understand the books "English Family History" by Nadine English Watson, and "Leaves from the Family Tree" by Penelope Johnson Allen both contain numerous references to my Tate ancestors. Anyone know where I can find either or both of these books? I am the grandson of James Robert Tate (I understand that some sourses claim is was named James Carroll Tate) b. abt 1888 in Kansas City, MO and the son of James Butts Tate & Caroline (or Callie) Hart Cordell.
