Does anyone (maybe Lotus) know whether the Tarvers that ended up in Amite County, Mississippi move from Georgia through Lafayette County, Mississippi? I am the desc. of John Robert Tarver, b. in Georgia in the 1830s (I think), and had a brother named Robert Tarver who married a Narcissus. They were all living in Yalobusha County, in the 1860 Mississippi Census. Does anyone have this line? I don't think I could make that meeting either, because my cousin is gettin married that day.
