Robert Lunsford Allen died 60February 1870, in Mitchell County, Georgia. His parents were Wyatt Allen and Nancy Tarver of Virginia. Mary Margaret Elder was born 18 February 1833, and died 5 September 1921, in Butts County, Georgia. Her parents were Edward A. Elder and Mary Wilson. Children of Robert Lunsford Allen and Mary Margaret Elder were: 1. Mary Virginia Lee Allen b. 1863 in Georgia. marr. J.H.Ward. 2. Robert Lafayette Allen b. c1865 in Georgia, d. 10 April 1938 in Butts Co., Ga. marr. Marie Marshall. 3. Ida D. Allen b.c1867 in Georgia. 4.
