Ashley, Hi! I'm so glad you are coming with your family! We will be easy to find, but if you need any last minute directions be sure you have my home number 903-939-9794 with you! Things to bring: 1) fun stuff for kids and grownups to play! we want the kids to have fun and we have "grownups" who love to play basketball, etc too! 2) food/drinks ... (we're all sharing to reduce the cost by bringing a dish or two and/or beverages, chips, whatever). you can cook your favorite thing, or buy it ready-made, but don't bring too much. we will have plenty. 3) genealogy! whatever you have on hand that you can bring on your family. we will have a small copier machine to make copies and a computer (or two) and scanner set up so we can share as much as we can from one another's files. we will have blank family groups sheets for folks to complete, but if your memory is going to need jogging, bring your notes! or bring your group sheets already completed. family photos. old family bibles, copies of your supporting documents from research (marriage license, etc ... whatever you might have.) 3) dont' forget your camera/film (digital camera/diskettes, camcorder, etc -- whatever) so you can take plenty of photos away with you! ***** if you don't have any of the above, don't worry about it ... you wouldn't be the only one! just bring yourselves and plan to have a great time! We're all looking forward!
