We have two daughters Laura Eileen and Jennifer Constance. When were were married I started doing research.His Uncle Tracy Tarver gave me some information. He said the family had come from Louisana.The first names trough the generations tend to be James and Luther. I have been told that the Tarver Plantation in North Carolina was being made into a subdivision. Have you heard of the Tarver Giant ?
