But Google will find for you http://www.muellheim.ch/behamtst.htm which indicates that they have their own Zivilstandsamt - no separate e-mail address given - so use the general address for the city administration mailto:[email protected] Ruethi (again u-umlaut) is in canton St.Gallen (but beware - there are several Rueti withou H in other cantons - and these are pronounced exactly the same!).
