This is a very general comment - in *some* parishes the records will date back that far, in others records might have started then, but didn't survive until today, in others they started later. Unfortunately only very few Aargau church records have been filmed by LDS, which is why you don't find Seon mentioned on the corresponding Aargau pages. But Seon has been an independent parish and records date back to 1641 (baptisms) and 1648 (marriages and burials) respectively. The question is - how do you get hold of them? I'm not a specialist on Aargau but have been told that many church records are still kept at the parishes, whilst the State Archive has microfilms of most of them (filmed by the State Archive themselves, rather than LDS). Possibly both, State Archive and Parish Archive, may have the sources to check - but likely neither will have the manpower to do so. Are you already planning a trip to Switzerland ;-) ?
