Hello Listers, I have 2 question. I have the LDS film from Biel, Canton Bern named "Evangelisch-Reformierte Kirche Biel, Taufen 1848-1873". I have discovered an entry for Maria D"ATTWYLER related to my GGGrandfather, Jean Jacob D"ATTWYLER. Almost all the entries have the Father and Mother using the fathers surname. But Maria's entry has no father's surname, only mothers surname. Is the baby illegitimate? I have tried reading the script without success. Can someone tell what the writing says?
