The UI and the IN would look quite similar in some cursive or print! So all that would mean is that they were from CH (Switzerland). Suisse, Swiss, Schweiz, Svizzera, Svizra, Confoederatio Helvitica, CH (which you probably know is the official abbreviation for Switzerland from the Roman name Confederate Helvitca) all mean Switzerland.
