Hello "Wattersweier" seems to me a misspelling. I search in the "Verzeichniss der Ortschaften und Gemeinden des Kantons Thurgau", printed about 1832, and in this booklet there are wether a hamlet nor a village named "Wattersweier". Next names were: Watt (today in Roggwil), Weyer (Roggwil), Weyerhäusli (Matzingen), Weyerhäusli (Wigoltingen), Weyerhäusli (Amlikon-Bissegg), Weyerhof (Zuben), Weyerholz (Mammern), Weyern (Wittenwil), Weyern (Wängi) and Weyerstein (Berg). But there are a lot of "-schweilen, -weil, -weiler > today mostly -schwilen, -wil, -wiler) like Wagersweil, Wallenweil, Wartenweil or Wittenweil.
