Ken, go to the website www.pictonpress.com and they offer THE MEN OF BERN. They also have a list of surnames that you can view to learn if your interests are included. and yes, it's translated to English. I think it's available now in cd format. Genealogy libraries also often have the books there. It's a set of 3 large volumes. I don't imagine it is available for inter-library loans, but maybe someone knows a place that it is. Good luck.
