I would love to hear about how you celebrate Christmas and a New Year because in the spring of 1725 my Great Grandparents on my mother and father family's left for the United States and arrived in Orangeburgh, South Carolina on July 13, 1735. My parents have been living in Orangeburg, S. C. until their death a few years ago. I still have two brothers who is still living in Orangeburg, SC. When Orangeburgh started out it had the h on the end of Orangeburg. Some time during the years they dropped the h. I have found the grave marker for my 4th great grandfather my 3th G GF. I am still looking for my 2nd and 1st G GF grave marker on my father side. I have found the grave marker for my 6th and 5th G GF on my mothers side.
