I have the Swiss phonebook on a CD-ROM by Twixtel. My problem: all of a sudden I cannot export data to a text file (Twixlite). It seems to be Twixtel company policy to ignore requests for tech support from customers. Absolutely no help. Does anybody have any experience with this type of Twixtel problem.
