I would like to ask for any suggestions you may be willing to share on how to locate someone. In researching my wife's paternal line I learned that a second cousin of hers has spent a lot of time researching his family's history. We have been trying to contact him by snail mail at the last known address any immediate family member has without success. His name is Marcel Maisse and my wife's sister had met with him about ten years ago when he was living at: Village Aigues vertes, 1233 Bernex GE, Suisse.
