Hello Everyone, I'm brand new to this list. I've been watching the messages for a few days and hope that it's appropriate to ask for help. I've been searching for any information at all on the Karl Knechtle family from St. Gallen. He was my Grandfather, married to Emily (I think Kohler) and they had 15 children. My mother, Berta Knechtle, who died in 95 was one of their children. She came to America in 1929 with her brother, my uncle, Alfred. I'm just started doing geneology and can't get past the first step...finding information on my grandparents. Any and all information would be SO appreciated. Thank you so much.
