Hi List subscribers, I am new to the list and I hope my first query is not out of order. While I have nothing documented as yet, one branch of our family reports our earliest known ancestor, Johann Drum was born c. 1725 in Switzerland. Do any of you have any knowledge of the Drum/Drumm name in Switzerland in the past? Another general question, if you please. Was there a particular port of departure by those leaving Switzerland for America in the early to mid 1700's? Betty
