He met my great-grandmother Margareta WETZEL (born Zurich) in Golden City, Barton, MO, USA. Kasper had a brother John HASLER b. 1851 Switzerland (immigrated 1883) who was living with Kasper in 1900 in Dade County, MO, USA. Born to Kasper and Margareta were Charles Carl, Mary Elizabeth, Lydia Martha and Walter Wesley. Kasper and his family later moved to Oklahoma by 1910 and spent the rest of their life there.
