Dear Doug, you have to either just click on it (most mail programs will then automatically start your browser) or type it in EXACTLY as it is, incl. all dots, there are no spaces in URLs - and they are also case sensitive : http://swiss.genealogy.net Of course, servers occasionally play up - but in this case you would most likely get an "error 400". This shouldn't bother you too much - as SwissGen is available from several mirror servers.
