Her girft to the village is to provide for a kindergarten for the children, an Associated Press dispatch from Heiberg said today. In accepting the gift, the village council presented Mrs. Ketcham with an inscribed vase and made her an honorary citizen. Mrs. Ketcham, widow of John Ketcham, is the daughter of the late Isaac N.
