I am looking for the father of Xavier Dizler (Dissler, Disler, Ditzler) who lived in Luzerne and owned the Hotel Gruttle (Ruttle). His father disowned Xavier because he married a peasant named Elizabeth Sopfe (Zopfi) who was born in Bern. Xavier was born in 1847 and Elizabeth in 1843. Both immigrated to Pueblo, Colorado, USA in the 1870s. If you have any information on Xavier, his parents/siblings, the hotel, or Elizabeth, you could provide me, that would be greatly appreciated.
