Hi Richard, You're right, this is a quiet list. My Sweet is Patience (Sweet) Dyer, daughter of Jeremiah and Freelove (Wright) Sweet of Glocester, Rhode Island late 1700s. She married Oliver Dyer and removed by 1820 to New Berlin, Chenango County, NY where their grown children were already living. I would sure like to know where the other sons and daughters of Jeremiah and Freelove went: Olive married Reuben Aldrich, Naomi married Zebedee Mathewson, Betsey married Peleg Peck, and Benjamin Sweet ??? I have solid info about Betsey and Peleg (they went to Fly Creek/Burlington Flats, Otsego Co., NY about 1795),, but have lost the others. Ken Brown Linden, MI

As it happens, no one is representing this branch in the Sweet DNA study. If you know male-line descendants of Rufus, pass the word. John Chandler
Hi Richard! I'm still here! My Sweets are documented back to New York and Connecticut - still trying to prove the link to Rhode Island. We have a participant in the DNA project, but so far, no connection has been made. Cyndi Sweet -----Original Message----- From: Richard L.
