This Moses Parr is the *son* of Moses Parr (1729/30-1806) who married as his second wife, Mary (also appears Molly and Polly) Sweet referred to in the original post. Frances Sweet was born about 1767 in New York and died before 1836. She had children surnamed Parr: Hannah, Stephen, Jonathon, Leonard and Sylvester. I believe residences included Kingstown, Rhode Island, Stephentown Rensselaer County, New York, and Alburgh, Vermont.
