I have been researching Sweets trying to find the family of my husband's g grandmother, Annette Emeline Sweet. I have a copy of the death certificate of Henry Sweet, born 11 May 1814 in Otsego Co., NY. It states his father was Abel Sweet born in RI, his mother was Lucinda Miller born in NY. His wife at the time of death was Louisa Gates. Henry died in Shopiere, Rock Co., WI on 21 Aug 1900 at the age of 86. I am looking for Henry Sweet because I think he is Annette's father and if not at least her line. I saw your file on Ancestry showing Henry's father as Russell Sweet.
